IMPCO, in conjunction with TeamViewer, have designed a new program to allow IMPCO Technicians to remotely control your workshop computers, so we can sort out any issues you may face with our products. This program has been created so it is 100% free to all workshops to download, and because it has been created by IMPCO in-house, we know it is also 100% safe.

It is a 'stand-alone' program, meaning that it does not need to be installed on your computer. Simply download, double-click and run! You can keep it on your computer for future use, or send it to your recycle bin when you're finished.

To download the program, click on the button below. The program is about 3MB in size, so it will take under a minute to download with a good internet connection. Because it is an executable program, your computer may do a security check and ask if you wish to proceed. Simply click 'Yes' and you are ready to go. If you have any hassles with the program, just let your IMPCO Technician know.
