Holden Commodore VE (Sept 2006 - Present)

Released in 2006, the VE Commodore was the first model to be released with a new platform since 1997. The Commodore was finally built off an Australian design (not a modified version of overseas models) and the popularity of the VE Commodore shows its success.
To spot a VE Commodore: Look out for the very big, flared guards around the wheels, as well as these unique headlights and tail lights. Series II VE Commodores can be found by having an inbuilt 'lip' in the rear boot lid.
VE Commodores have been sold with five types of motors: 3.6L Alloytec V6, 3.6L SIDI V6, 3.0L SIDI V6, 6.2L V8 and 6.0L V8. At this current point in time, only the non SIDI motors can be converted to LPG (for more information regarding SIDI on LPG - please contact us). IMPCO Technologies manufactured and provided factory LPG kits for all VE Commodores, to be sold by Holden at dealerships on Alloytec V6 models. Because of this, the implementation of the LPG system on all VE models is flawless, with all components meeting and exceeding OEM standards.
