New: Mercedes Benz ML 500

IMPCO Technologies' in-house Research and Development team in Dandenong South have just developed a BRC Common-Rail Vapour Injection Kit for a Mercedes Benz ML-500 SUV. The standards of the LPG system had to be very high, to match the build quality of the Mercedes. We wanted to have an LPG system which was effective, discrete, and did not sacrifice ride comfort or power.

Developing the new LPG kit was hard, with days spent on perfecting the Filler assembly alone. IMPCO managed to get the LPG filler in with the petrol filler, behind the filler flap. We also managed to place the tank underneath the car, not in the boot of the car, meaning that no boot space is lost. The BRC Injeciton Kit  works well with the Mercedes V8 and provides the same ride standard as it comes out of the factory.

Mercedes Benz drivers can now have the luxury and comfort of any Mercedes, but now only pay less than 50% of their running costs, with no inconvenience to them.
